Make this bread by following the recipe
To make Seitan, 1. Mix vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, vegetable broth, soy sauce, garlic, salt and other spices in a bowl. 2. Add some oil and knead it until it forms a lump. 3. Form a cylindrical shape out of it and wrap it in aluminum foil. 4. Bake the Seitan in the oven at 400F for 45 minutes. 5. Flip it over and continue baking for another 45 minutes.
To make the barbeque burgers, 1. Cut a cross section of the baked seitan. 2. Shallow fry it and add some mongolian sauce (you get it at the asian store).
